Direct-Connect
With the Galaxy and TEK-10 family of printers, connecting (or removing!)
print heads is as close to 'plug & play' as you can possibly get.
In fact: In situations where you use a specific head or color frequently (but not all the time), you can simply tell that print head to 'Go To Sleep'. The computer will automatically flush that print head at the earliest opportunity and park the appropriate process routines. When the print head is needed, the operator simply 'Awakens' it with a single touch-screen button, and the print head is back online in seconds... it's that simple!
