How many times have we removed the wrappings from some piece of technological equipment to discover that only the person who designed this thing could ever understand how it works, how to run it, or how to fix it? Too often! Don't misunderstand; it's a natural pitfall for engineers to fall into because, in most case, company managers/owners decide on a new product for the market, then the designers and engineers are left with the task of creating it.

At JetCoder, we've taken a refreshing new approach to the process. Every single function and feature of every single JetCoder product is designed with you, the customer, in mind! That isn't just sales talk and another empty claim, it's the simple truth. From initial startup, to operator interfacing, to regular operations, to serviceability...you'll quickly discover that everything is designed for you, not for us. The JetCoder philosophy demands that every facet of system design is driven by a simple guideline...maximum uptime and minimum downtime for our customers.

A good example of this is the issue of system training: We all know that system training is costly and time-consuming, and that it takes qualified technical personnel to understand the complex training. At JetCoder, we'll provide training if you really want it, but you don't really need it! That's fact, not mindless bragging. In the earliest days of development for the new JetCoder products, a sixteen-year old young lady (whose lifestyle centered around boys and basketball, certainly not issues of a technical nature) was given a completely empty system, a bottle of ink, and a task: "Print me a message". Seven minutes later she proudly held up a piece of paper with her new message, "I Love You Dad!"

Additionally, you've probably noticed that we make no claim to being a "One-Stop-Shop" for any and all printing needs for any customer or any application, and there's a good reason for that: Quite simply, we don't think it's possible. If a company's energies and resources are spent on thermal transfer, laser, and various other kinds of printing technologies, then their energies and resources are divided. At JetCoder, all of our energies and resources go into bringing you the very best inkjet technology, advancements, and features. And nothing more or less!
