JetCoder will gladly provide in-plant service upon request, although with the unique modularized design concepts inherent in every JetCoder system, in-plant service is rarely required.  The exclusive JetCoder J12 Software* analyzes every single function and operation many thousands of times each second, and provides instantaneous on-screen notification of a failure...or even an impending failure!  With the touch of a key, the operator knows what failed (or what may fail soon), and is given clear, sensible instructions on what to do about it.  If that isn't enough, the operator can select the Dial-Up Diagnostics feature (optional), which immediately connects your printer to our depot computers.  The depot maintenance computers analyze your system in run-time operation, then send service suggestions and recommendations right back to the operator's screen.

 

Most customers maintain at least one spare Ink Management panel and one Electronics panel.  These can be interchanged in less than a minute, and the faulty panel returned to JetCoder for depot maintenance.  This is by far the quickest and most affordable method.

 

If you have qualified in-house technical staff, JetCoder will gladly make available any of the panel-level components for in-house repairs.
